高黏度骨水泥治疗椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果研究

摘    要:目的 探讨高黏度骨水泥治疗椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果.方法 分析本院骨外科收治的30例椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床资料,依据骨水泥黏度的不同进行临床分组,低黏度骨水泥组10例、高黏度骨水泥组10例、高黏度骨水泥改良组10例.观察3组患者疼痛缓解、脊柱功能改善、伤椎高度恢复及骨水泥渗漏率、术后骨水泥肺栓塞发生率、术后邻近椎体骨折发生率的情况.结果 高黏度骨水泥改良组VAS、ODI评分、Cobb角与低黏度骨水泥组、高黏度骨水泥组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).高黏度骨水泥组和高黏度骨水泥改良组术后并发症发生率均低于低黏度骨水泥组(P<0.05).结论 高黏度骨水泥治疗椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of high viscosity bone cement treatment of vertebral compression fractures. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases with vertebral compression fractures were analyzed in our hospital Or- thopeadic Surgery Department,they were divided into three groups by different viscosity bone cement,low viscosity bone cement group in 10 cases,high viscosity bone cement group in 10 cases,high viscosity bone cement and improved group in 10 cases.The pain relief, spinal function improvement,injured vertebral height restoration and bone cement leakage rate,incidence of bone cement pulmonary embolism after operation,postoperative incidence of adjacent vertebral frac- tures of three groups were detected. Results The VAS,ODI score,Cobb angle of high viscosity bone cement and im- proved group in high viscosity bone cement and improved group compared with the low viscosity bone cement group, high viscosity bone cement group,the difference were statistical significance (P〈0.05).The postoperative complications in high viscosity bone cement group and high viscosity bone cement and improved group were lower than those of low vis- cosity bone cement group (,〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of high viscosity bone cement treatment of vertebral compression fractures are obviously and prognosis is good,which is to be used in clinical.
