炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果分析

目的 探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床效果及对促排卵结局的影响.方法 收集本院收治的PCOS患者50例作为本次研究对象,按照入院时间先后分成A、B两组,A组单纯使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,B组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍和吡格列酮治疗,比较两组患者用药后糖代谢、生殖激素、促排卵结局及不良反应等情况.结果 A组患者治疗前后糖代谢各项指标差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;B组治疗前后糖代谢各项指标差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;A、B两组治疗后,T指标均明显下降（P＜0.05）;B组患者的周期取消率及OHSS发生率均低于A组,妊娠率高于A组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合胰岛素增敏剂治疗PCOS,可以有效促进患者内分泌及代谢平衡,促进排卵,提高妊娠率,值得推广应用.

Clinical effect analysis of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet combine with insulin sensitizing agent in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To study the clinical effect analysis of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet combine with insulin sensitizing agent in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） and the impact of stimulate ovulation ends. Methods 50 patients with PCOS treated by our hospital were selected as the research object,according to admis- sion time they were divided into A group and B group,A group was given with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet,B group was given with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet combined with metformin and pioglitazone treatment.The sugar metabolism,reproductive hormones,stimulate ovulation and adverse reactions of the patients beween the two groups were compared after the treatment. Results There was no significant change of patients in A group be- fore and after the treatment for the comparison of sugar indicators （P〉O.OS）,bnt it was changed significantly in the B group before and after the treatment （P〈0.05）;After the treatment,the T index decreased significantly both in the two grous （P〈0.05）;the cycle cancellation rate below and OHSS incidence of B group were all lower than those of group A, and the pregnancy rate was higher than that of group A,the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Con- clusion Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet combine with insulin sensitizing agent in the treatment of PCOS, which can effectively promote the patient＇s endocrine and metabolic balance,promoting ovulation,increase the rate of pregnancy,and is worth popularizing application.
