葛根汤配合中频物理疗法治疗颈椎病的临床效果

目的探讨中药葛根汤配合中频物理疗法治疗颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取本院172例颈椎病患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各86例。对照组单纯给予中频物理疗法进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用葛根汤加减治疗。两组均治疗20d（2个疗程），分析两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治愈48例，好转28例，未愈10例，总有效率为88．4％；对照组治愈40例，好转22例，未愈24例，总有效率为72．1％，观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中药葛根汤配合中频物理疗法治疗颈椎病的临床效果好，副作用少，有一定的临床应用价值。

Clinical effect of Pueraria decoction combined with intermediate frequen- cy of physical therapy treating cervical spondylosis

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Pueraria decoction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with intermediate frequency treating cervical spondylosis. Methods 172 cases with cervical hospital were randomly di- vided into the observation group （n=86） and control group （n=86）.The control group was treated with intermediate fre- quency of physical therapy,while the observation group was treated with Pueraria decoction addition and subtraction on the basis of the control group.Treatment of the two groups lasted for 20 days （2 courses）,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results 48 cases were cured,28 cases were improved,10 cases were not cured in the observation group,and the total effective rate was 88.4%;40 cases were cured,22 cases were improved,24 cases were not cured in the control group,and the total effective rate was 72.1%,the that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was higher than effect of Pueraria decoction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with intermediate frequency treating cervical spondylosis is good with fewer side effect and it has some clini- cal value.
