中年男性2型糖尿病血清促甲状腺激素对骨代谢影响的研究

目的 探讨中年男性2型糖尿病血清促甲状腺激素对骨代谢的影响,为糖尿病治疗提供数据参考.方法 抽取本院2011年10月～2013年10月收治的48例中年男性2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并对其甲状腺激素、骨代谢等各方面的指标进行检测.根据血清促甲状腺激素的测定结果,将所有入选患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组22例为低血清促甲状腺激素患者,观察组26例为高血清促甲状腺激素患者,结合两组患者的临床资料进行分析和比较.结果 观察组的腰椎骨密度、髋部骨密度以及Ⅰ型胶原分别为（1.04±0.12） g/cm2、（0.98±0.10） g/cm2和（0.36±0.19）μg/L,对照组分别为（0.94±0.19）g/cm2、（0.87±0.13）g/cm2和（0.57±0.24）μg/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中年男性2型糖尿病患者的促甲状腺激素水平与骨代谢有密切关系,一般在正常情况下,血清促甲状腺激素水平越高,对骨的保护效果越明显,临床需要给予足够重视,以提高对2型糖尿病的整体治疗水平.

Study of the influence of serum thyroid stimulating hormone of type 2 diabetes in the middle-aged male on bone metabolism

Objective To discuss the influence of serum thyroid stimulating hormone of type 2 diabetes in the middle- aged male on bone metabolism and to provide data reference for diabetes therapy. Methods 48 middle-aged male pa- tients with diabetes were extracted as subjects from October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital,and their indicators such as thyroid hormone and bone metabolism were detected.All enrolled patients were divided into the control group （n=22） and the observation group （n=26） according to the detection result of serum thyroid stimulating hormone,the control group was patients with low serum thyroid stimulating hormone,the observation group was patients with high serum thyroid stimulating hormone,the clinical data was counted and analyzed. Results Bone mineral density of the lumbar spine,hip bone mineral density and collagen type [ in the observation group were （1.04＋0.12） g/cm2,（0.98_＋O.lO） g/cm2 and （0.36_＋0.19） pg/L respectively while in the control group they were （0.94＋0.19） g/cm2,（0.87-＋0.13） and （0.57-＋ 0.24 g） txg/L,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈O.05）. Conclusion There is a close rela- tionship between thyroid stimulating hormone levels and bone metabolism in the middle-aged male patients with type 2 diabetes,in normal circumstances,serum thyroid stimulating hormone level is high,the more obvious protective effects on bone.Paying enough attention in the clinic,in order to improve the overall level of treatment for type 2 diabetes.
