1603例体检人群血糖、血脂检测结果的分析

目的 分析1603例体检人群血糖、血脂的检测结果.方法 选取2013年1～8月本院治未病科体检人群1603例,年龄20～86岁.所有样本进行血糖（Glu）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）检测.结果 1603例体检者血清测定中,Glu≥ 6.11 mmol/L者104例,占6.49％;TC≥6.22 mmol/L者169例,占10.54％;TG≥2.26 mmol/L者381例,占23.77％;HDL≤1.40 mmol/L者171例,占10.67％; LDL-C≥4.14 mmol/L者179例,占11.17％;血糖随年龄增加而增高,41岁以后增幅明显,60岁后幅度最高.TC、TG、LDL-C在20～60岁年龄段随年龄增加而增高,HDL-C随增龄而降低,血脂在51～60岁异常率较高.结论 文山市职工体检者的血糖、血脂异常检出率较高,应予以重视.

Analysis the test results of glucose,lipids on 1603 cases of volunteers

Objective To analyze the test results of glucose,lipids on 1603 cases of volunteers.Methods 1603 cases of volunteers in our hospital from January to August 2013 were selected,who were aged 20 to 86 years old.Glucose （Glu）, total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） was detected in all samples.Results In 1603 cases of volunteers,Glu I〉 6.ll mmol/L were 104 cases,account- ing for 6.49%;TC I〉 6.22 mmol/L were 169 cases,accounting for 10.54%;TG 〉I 2.26 mmol/L were 381 cases,account- ing for 23.77%;HDL ~〈 1.40 mmol/L were 171 cases,accounting for 10.67%;LDL-C I〉 4.14 mmol/L were 179 cases,ac- counting for 11.17%;glucose increased with increasing age,increased significantly after the age of 41,after 60 years old of the highest magnitude.TC,TG,LDL-C in 20 to 60 years of age increased with increasing age,HDL-C decreased with increasing age,the abnormal rate of lipids was higher in 51 to 60 years old.Conclusion Anomaly detection rate of glu- cose,lipids in Wenshan City workers volunteers is high and should be paid attention.
