护理干预在门诊输液患者药物不良反应中的应用

目的 探讨护理干预在门诊输液患者药物不良反应中的应用.方法 选取本院门诊2013年1～12月收治的输液患者14 000例,按照就诊时间顺序分为对照组与观察组,各7000例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预.比较两组的药物不良反应发生率、患者满意度及药物不良反应程度.结果 观察组的药物不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组的患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组的药物不良反应程度比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 采取积极有效的护理干预能显著降低药物不良反应发生率,提高输液的安全性及患者对输液工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用.

Application of nursing intervention on adverse drug reaction of patient in outpatient transfusion

Objective To explore nursing intervention on adverse drug reaction of patient in outpatient transfusion. Methods 14 000 patients accepting infusion from January 2013 to December 2013 in our outpatient were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the sequence of visit time,each group of 7000 cases.The regular nursing was used in control group,nursing intervention was used in observation group.The incidence rate of adverse re- action,patient＇s satisfaction and adverse drug reaction degree was compared in two groups respectively.Results The in- cidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈 0.05）.Patient＇s satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Adverse drug reaction degree was compared in two groups,with no statistical difference （P〉O.05）.Conclusion Positive and effective nursing intervention can remarkably decrease the incidence rate of adverse drug reaction,improve safety of infusion and patient＇s satisfaction on infusion.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
