开腹与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果对比分析

目的评价开腹与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选取本院2008年1月～2013年6月收治的子宫肌瘤患者180例，分为两组，各90例，开腹组采用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗，腹腔镜组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时问和镇痛药物使用率。结果腹腔镜组的手术时间、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间和住院时间均短于开腹组，镇痛药物使用率低于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果优于开腹手术．值得推广应用。

Effect comparative analysis of abdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To evaluate the effects of abdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.nethods 180 cases of patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2013 were selected and divided into groups,each group of 90 cases.Abdominal myomectomy was used in laparotomy group, laparoscopic myomectomy was used in laparoscopic group.Operative time,blood loss,postoperative discharge time, postoperative ambulation,hospitalization time and analgesic drugs usage rate was compared in two goups respectively. Results Operative time,postoperative discharge time,postoperative ambulation,hospitalization time in laparoscopic group was shorter than that in laparotomy group respectively,analgesic drugs usage rate in laparoscopic group was lower than that in laparotomy group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids is better than abdominal myomectomy.h is worthy of promotion and application.
