莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗耐多药肺结核的临床效果观察

目的 探究莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗耐多药肺结核的临床效果和安全性.方法 选择本院感染科2010年9月～2011年9月收治的80例耐多药肺结核患者,运用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者给予基础抗结核药物联合左氧氟沙星治疗,试验组患者给予基础抗结核药物联合莫西沙星治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和安全性.结果 对照组患者的总有效率为82.50％,试验组患者的总有效率为97.50％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者在不良反应发生方面差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星联合基础抗结核药物治疗耐多药肺结核均有较好的效果,但莫西沙星联合基础抗结核药物疗效更佳,值得在临床中推广应用.

The clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin in treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin or levofloxacin in treatment of mul- ti-drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods 80 multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients who were in the department of in- fectious disease of our hospital from September 2010 to September 2011 were chosen as the research objects,they were divided into the control group （cases=40） and the experimental group （cases=40）.The patients in the control group were given anti-tb drugs combined with levofloxacin,but the patients in the experimental group were given anti-tb drugs combined moxifloxacin.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （97.50% vs 82.50%,P〈0.05）,there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse drug reaction between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion All moxifloxacin and levofloxacin combined with anti-tb drug in treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis have good curative effect,however, moxifloxacin combined foundation anti-tb drug treatment is better than that of levofloxacin,it is worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
