阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌阳性胃病的效果与安全性观察

目的 探讨阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌阳性胃病的临床效果与安全性.方法 根据治疗用药的不同将所有患儿分为观察组（阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗组）和对照组（传统三联疗法组）各22例,观察两组临床疗效与安全性.结果 观察组患儿的总有效率为90.91％,明显高于对照组的81.82％ （P＜0.05）.结论 阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌阳性胃病效果确切,安全可靠,是值得临床应用的幽门螺杆菌感染治疗方案.

Efficacy and safety observation of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium combined with rabeprazole sodium in the treatment of children gastrosis with positive Helicobacter pylori

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium combining with rabeprazole sodium in the treatment of children gastrosis with positive Helicobacter pylori. Methods According to different medications,all the participants were divided into observation group （amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium combined with rabeprazole sodium group,n=22） and control group （conventional triple therapy group,n：22）.The clinical efficacy and safety between the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.91%,which was better than that of the control group （81.82%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium combined with rabeprazole sodium can obtain a definite effect in the treatment of children gastrosis with positive Helicobocter pylori.It is safe and reliable,and can be selected as a therapeutic regimen for Heli- cobacter pylori infection in clinic.
