临床护理对高血压患者的影响

目的探讨健康教育、临床护理对高血压患者的影响。方法采取随机抽样法对297例t〉25岁的高血压患者进行高血压流行病学调查，通过住院期间健康宣教、临床护理、心理护理，提高患者对疾病的认识及治疗的依从性。结果经住院期间检测和出院后随访，297例高血压患者收缩压及舒张压均控制在正常水平。结论减少盐摄人量、提高服药依从性等健康宣教和临床护理对高血压患者血压控制具有重要作用。

The effects of clinical nursing to patients with hypertension

Objective To observe the effects of healthy education and clinical nursing to patients with hypertension. Methods The random sampling method was adopted,hypertension epidemiological investigation was conducted for the 297 cases of patients with hypertension whom was ≥25 yeares old,and the patient＇s understanding of disease and treatment compliance was improved through the health education,clinical nursing and psychological nursing during hospitalization. Results Through the detection during hospitalization and follow-up after discharge from hospital,systolic pressures and diastolic pressures of 297 patients were maintained normally. Conclusion h is plays an important role for the blood pressure control of hypertension patients through healthy education and clinical nursing such as reduce salt intake,increase medication compliance and so on.
