PWV/ABI与血管病变的相关性研究

目的 分析探讨脉搏波传导速度（PWV）、踝臂血压指数（ABI）与血管病变的相关性,为今后的临床诊治工作提供可靠的参考依据.方法 抽取2008年1月～2011年12月本院收治的临床确诊为冠心病的患者86例,将其分成单支病变组、双支病变组和多支病变组,另抽取同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,所有研究对象均给予PWV和ABI检测,分析比较各组研究对象的检测结果.结果 冠心病组患者的PWV水平较健康对照组显著升高（P＜0.05）,随着病变支数的增加,PWV逐渐升高（P＜0.05）;冠心病组患者ABI水平较健康对照组低（P＜0.05）,随着病变支数的增加,ABI逐渐降低（P＜0.05）.结论 PWV、ABI与冠心病以及病变程度存在明显的相关性,在血管疾病的诊治中发挥重要作用,值得关注.

Correlational studies of PWV,ABI and vasculopathy

Objective To analyze and discuss the correlations of pulse wave velocity （PWV）,ankle brachial index （ABI）, and vasculopathy in order to provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in future. Methods 86 pa- tients with definite diagnosis of coronary heart disease （CHD） admitted into our hospital from January 2008 to Decem- ber 2011 were selected and divided into single-vessel disease group,double-vessel disease group and multi-vessel dis- ease group.Meanwhile,60 healthy peoples after physical examinations in the same period were selected as control group. All these participants were tested by PWV and ABI,and the outcomes were compared and analyzed. Results After com- parisons,the level of PWV in CHD groups was higher than that in the control group （P〈O.05）.With the number of ves- sels increasing,the level of PWV gradually arose （P〈0.05）.In comparison with the control group,the level of ABI in the CHD groups was much lower （P〈0.05）.The more the vessels increase,the lower level of ABI becomes （P〈0.05）. Con- clusion There are remarkable correlations among PWV,ABI,CHD,and degrees of vascular disease.These two indexes play significant roles in diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease,which are worthy of paying attention to.
