高频超声在乳腺肿瘤中的诊断价值

摘    要:目的 探讨高频超声在乳腺肿瘤中的诊断价值.方法 观察249例乳腺肿瘤患者的声像图特征、彩色多普勒表现和血流阻力指数,并综合分析手术及病理结果.结果 良性肿瘤208例,占83.5%;恶性肿瘤41例,占16.4%.乳腺良恶性肿瘤的形态、边界、包膜、钙化、衰减、彩色血流信号及RI值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).乳腺良恶性肿瘤彩色血流分级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 高频超声在乳腺肿瘤的诊断中起重要作用,采用二维超声及彩色多普勒超声可为乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断提供准确的依据.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the diagnosis value of high-frequency ultrasonography in breast tumor.Methods The uhrasonographic feature,color Doppler flow signal and resistance index of 249 patients with breast tumor were observed, the result of operation and pathology were analysed.Results 208 cases were benign(83.5%)and 41 cases were malignant (16.4%).The shape,boundary,capsule,calcification,attenuation,color flow signal and RI in benign and malignant breast tumor was compared in two groups respectively,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Color flow classification in benign and malignant breast tumor was compared in two groups,with statistical difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion High-frequency ul- trasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis of breast tumor, two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound can provide accurate diagnosis reference for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor.
