急性白血病化疗后医院感染的临床分析

目的 探讨急性白血病（AL）实施化疗后医学感染的发生情况.方法 选取本院2010年2月～2011年2月收治的急性白血病患者83例,随机分为3组.A组使用抗生素治疗,B、C组均采用抗生素联合G-CSF治疗,分析3组的医院感染情况.结果 83例患者中,发生感染44例（53.01％）,其中A组21例,B组18例,C组5例.44例感染患者中,检出致病菌28例（63.64％）,主要为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌及肺炎克雷伯菌.经治疗,C组的发热时间及ANC恢复时间较A、B组明显缩短（P＜0.05）.结论 对于急性白血病尽早实施抗生素与G-CSF联合治疗,可有效降低患者的感染发生率,缩短患者的发热时间与ANC恢复时间,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical analysis of hospital infection in acute leukemia after chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the incidence of hospital infection of acute leukemia （AL） after implementation of the chemotherapy. Methods 83 cases with AL treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011 were ran- domly divided into the three groups.The group A was treated with antibiotic, the group B and group C were treated with antibiotics combined with G-CSF,hospital infection of the three groups were analyzed. Results Among 83 patients,there were 44 cases with infection （53.01%）,among them,the group A had 21 cases,the group B had 18 cases,and the group had 5 cases.In 44 cases with infection, pathogen was detected in 28 cases （63.64%）,pathogen mainly were Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae.After treatment,the group C compared with the group A and B were significantly reduced in the duration of fever and ANC recovery time （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For AL,early carrying out the treatment of antibiotic combined with G-CSF can effectively reduce the incidence rate of infection in patients, shorten fever and ANC shorten recovery time of patients,and the treatment effect is significant It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
