地塞米松联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的效果观察

目的 探讨不同治疗方法对小儿急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效.方法 选择2011年7月～2013年7月本院收治的93例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（46例）和观察组（47例）,两组患者均采用地塞米松注射液治疗,观察组另外加用丙种球蛋白,比较两组临床疗效、血小板上升时间、血小板恢复正常时间及出血停止时间.结果 观察组的总有效率为95.7％,明显高于对照组的78.3％ （P＜0.05）;观察组患者的血小板上升时间、血小板恢复正常时间及出血停止时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 地塞米松联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜能提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,迅速提高血小板数,改善出血症状,值得临床推广使用.

Effect observation of dexamethasone combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura with children

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different treatments for children with acute idiopathic thrombo- cytopenic purpura. Methods 93 patients with idiopathic thromboeytopenic purpura in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 as research subject.They were randomly divided into control group（46 cases） and observation group（47 cases）. Two groups of patients were treated with dexamethasone injection therapy,and the observation group added with globu- lin.The clinical efficacy,platelets rise time,platelet recovery time,time to stop bleeding of two groups were observation and compared. Results The totale effective rate of observation group was 95.7%,which was significantly higher than that of control group （78.3%）（P〈0.05）.Platelet rise time,platelet recovery time,time to stop bleeding of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura can improve the therapeu- tic efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,rapidly increase the platelet count,and improve the bleeding symptoms,it is worthy of wide application in clinical.
