固定式左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释剂治疗子宫腺肌病的效果分析

目的 探讨固定式左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释剂治疗子宫腺肌病的效果.方法 选取2011年8月～2013年8月在本院诊治的子宫腺肌病患者84例,将其随机分成两组,每组42例,其中,对照组给予左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释剂治疗,研究组给予固定式左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释剂,分析两组带器脱落、下移和妊娠、不良事件发生情况以及治疗前后月经量和痛经评分.结果 研究组未见带器脱落和下移情况的发生,且研究组带器累计使用率较高,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后两组不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但两组患者的月经量及疼痛评分与治疗前比较,均有所降低,且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 固定式左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释剂治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果显著.

Effect analysis of stationary levonorgestrel intrauterine drug implants in treatment of adenomyosis

Objective To research the effect of stationary levonorgestrel intrauterine drug implants in treatment of ade- nomyosis. Methods 84 cases patients with adenomyosis treated in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected randomly,and the patients were divided into two groups,each group for 42 cases.The control group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine drug implants,and the research group was treated with stationary levonorgestrel in- trauterine drug implants.The devices fall off, move down,gestation,adverse events and the scores of menstrual blood vol- ume and dysmenorrhea before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results There was no case oecured de- vices fall off or move down in the research group,and the the times of using machine was more than that of the control group,which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.There was no evident difference for adverse events after treatment be- tween the two groups （P〉0.05）,but the differences of menstrual blood volume and dysmenorrhea scores between the two groups before and after treatment were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of stationary levonorgestrel intrauterine drug implants in treatment of adenomyosis is outstanding.
