| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的效果及优点。方法 :采用腹腔镜高位结扎精索内静脉治疗精索静脉曲张 4 7例。结果 :患者手术均获成功。结论 :腹腔镜高位结扎精索内静脉治疗精索静脉曲张具有创伤小 ,康复快 ,并发症少 ,疗效确切 ,住院时间短 ,医疗费用低等优点。是治疗精索静脉曲张的理想方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic internal spermatic vein ligation.Methods:Laparoscopic ligation of spermatic cord veins was conducted for 47 cases.Results:All were successful.Conclusions:Laparoscopic high ligation of internal spermatic cord veins has the advantage of slight trauma, rapid convalescence, few complication, good curative effect, less hospitalization time, less spending etc. It is an optimal method to cure varicocele. |
