摘    要:目的:选择一种高效、简便快速、价格合适的从全血中提取基因组DNA的方法。方法:分别采用3种不同的方法从全血中提取基因组DNA,比较了3种方法提取的DNA的质量,以及各种方法所需时间及其费用。对其中的一种方法进行了改良。结果:3种方法提取的DNA的质量都能达到相关分子生物学实验的要求,但在操作程序、价格等方面存在差别。结论:Genomix法操作简单、快速、灵活性好、价格便宜,适合于大样本的DNA提取。

Abstract:Objective:To choose a relatively ideal method for genomic DNA extraction from whole human blood.The method should have advantages of high DNA yield,high DNA quality,time saving and easy performance,and low cost.Methods:Three methods were used to extract genomic DNA from human blood.The results were compared in view of the advantages mentioned above.Modification was made to one of the 3 methods.Results:The 3 methods all could give high quality of DNA,but they were different in terms of the DNA yield,the time and labor input,and the cost.Conclusion:The Genomix method is chosen for routine DNA extraction from human whole blood.
