| 摘 要： | 目的：对鄂西北地区白及多糖的含量进行测定,为鄂西北地区白及的规范化种植提供依据.方法：采用水提醇沉法提取白及多糖,以蒽酮-硫酸试剂为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定多糖含量.结果：不同产地白及中多糖含量有明显差异.结论：该方法简便,准确,为评价不同产地的白及品质提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine Bletillae striata polysaccharide in Rhizoma Bletilla striata from the northwest of Hubei prov- ince to provide the basis for the standardized cultivation of Bletilla striata. Methods： Bletillae striata polysaccharide was extracted by water and precipitated by alcohol, and polysaccharide was determined by UV spectrophotometry using sulfuric acid-anthrone as the chromogenic reagent. Results： There were significant differences in the polysaccharide content from different habitats. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and can provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Bletilla striata. |
