小切口负压引流加冲洗治疗肛周脓肿临床疗效观察

目的:观察小切口负压引流加冲洗治疗肛周脓肿临床疗效。方法:选择60例肛周脓肿患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,治疗组予以小切口负压引流加冲洗治疗,对照组予以传统切开引流法治疗,观察术后患者疗效。结果:经过手术治疗,治疗组一次治愈29例(96.67%),治疗组一次治愈率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组平均住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小切口负压引流配合冲洗治疗肛周脓肿可有效提高患者治愈率,值得临床上推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of perianal abscess treated by small cut and negative pressure drainage combined with irrigation

Objective To study the effect of negative pressure drainage in Perianal abscess.Methods 60 patients of Perianal abscess were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The treatment group was treated by small cut and negative pressure drainage with irrigaton,while the control group was treated by traditional incision and thread drawing therapy, the curative effect was observed.Results After therapy, the recovery rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group.And the hospitalization was shorter.There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The small cut and negative pressure drainage with irrigaton was significantly a good way for treating Perianal abscess.
