兰索拉唑片联合莫沙必利分散片治疗反流性食管炎34例

目的：探讨兰索拉唑片与莫沙必利分散片联合治疗反流性食管炎（RE）的临床效果.方法：RE患者68例分为观察组和对照组各34例,观察组采用兰索拉唑片30 mg,po,qd与莫沙必利分散片5 mg,po,tid联合治疗,对照组采用雷尼替丁胶囊0.15 g,po,bid与莫沙必利分散片5 mg,po,tid联合治疗.8周后比较两组临床疗效.结果：观察组临床症状总有效率为94.1%,高于对照组76.5%（P＜0.05）;胃镜检查总有效率为91.2%,高于对照组70.6%（P＜0.05）.两组药物不良反应发生率相当（P＆gt;0.05）.结论：兰索拉唑片与莫沙必利分散片联合治疗RE疗效显著,不良反应少.

Effect of Lansoprazole Tablets Combined with Mospride Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of 34 Cases of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of lansoprazole tablets combined with mospride dispersible tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis （RE）. Methods： Totally 68 RE patients were divided into the ohservation group and the control group with 34 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by lansoprazole tablets combined with mosapride dispersible tablets, while the control group was treated by ranitidine combined with mosapride dispersible tablets. The clinical efficacy was compared be- tween the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of clinic syndrome in the observation group was 94. 1% , significantly higher than that in the control group （76.5%）. The effective rate of endoscopy was 91.2% in the observation group, significantly higher than that in the control group （70.6%） , and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions was similar in the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Lansoprazole tablets combined with mospride dispersible tablets in the treat- ment of RE shows the promising curative effect and few adverse reactions.
