甘草附子药对中总皂苷的含量测定

摘    要:目的:建立药对甘草附子总皂苷的含量测定方法.方法:用香草醛-高氯酸试剂,在560 nm处有最大吸收,并对比色条件进行了优化.结果:该方法能较为准确的测定出药对中总皂苷的含量;总皂苷的浓度在0.034-0.102 mg·ml^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均回收率100.2%,RSD=2.7%(n=6).结论:该方法灵敏,准确可靠,重复性好,可作为药对甘草附子中总皂苷控制的方法.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a determination method for total saponins in the drug pair of licolice and aconite. Methods: A colorimetry method was used to determine the total saponins at 560 nm using vanilin-perchloric acid as the reagent. Results: The cali- bration range of glycyrrhizin acid was 0. 034-0. 102 mg·ml^-1 (r =0. 999 2). The mean recovery was 100.2% and RSD was 2.7% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
