胆囊切除术与保胆术治疗胆囊结石的比较

目的:探讨内镜保胆取石术(EMIC)和传统的胆囊切除术之间治疗效果的对比。方法:选择120例胆囊结石患者,均分为试验组与对照组,试验组患者行内镜保胆取石术(EMIC),对照组患者行传统的胆囊切除术,对比两组患者在术后平均住院时间,术中出血量以及术后进食恢复时间。结果:内镜保胆取石术(EMIC)患者平均手术时间和住院时间以及进食恢复时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量也少于对照组。结论:试验组患者手术治疗效果明显好于对照组,且容易操作,安全方便,术后复发率低。

Comparison between Cholecystectomy and EMIC for Treatment of Cholelithiasis

Objective To discuss and compare the clinical effect of EMIC and cholecystectomy.Methods 120 cases of cholelithiasis patients were divided randomly into two groups.Experiment group was treated by EMIC and control group was treated by traditional cholecystectomy. Average stays after operation, bleeding amount during operation and eating recovery time after operation of both groups were compared.Results Average operation time,average stays after operation,eating recovery time after operation and bleeding amount during operation of EMIC group was obviously less than control group.Conclusion Surgical method of experiment group has a better clinical effect than control group and it is easy, safe and convenient with a low relapse rate.
