复方丹参滴丸治疗2型糖尿病致心脏自主神经病变的疗效观察

目的：观察复方丹参滴丸治疗2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并心脏自主神经病变的临床疗效及安全性.方法：69例T2DM合并心脏自主神经病变患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组34例,对照组患者给予二甲双胍片1.5 g·d^-1,观察组在对照组基础上加服复方丹参滴丸（270 mg,po,tid）,两组均治疗30 d.观察临床症状,24 h动态心电图分析其HRV的时域指标.结果：治疗30 d后,观察组HRV各项指标较治疗前有显著提高（P〈0.01或0.05）,自主神经症状明显好转,与对照组比较有显著意义（P〈0.01或0.05）.结论：复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病心脏自主神经病变的疗效显著,可改善患者心率变异性.

Clinical Observation of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective： To observe the clinical effects and safety of compound Danshen dropping pills （Danshen） on cardiac auto- nomic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods： Totally 69 patients with T2DM and cardiac autonomic neuropathy were divided randomly into the treatment group （ n = 35 ） and the control group （ n = 34 ）. The control group was treated with traditional treatment of metformin hydrochloride with the dose of 1.5 g·d^-1. While the treatment group were administered with Danshen （270 mg,po, tid） additionally for 30 days. HRV in all patients was closely monitored by a 24-hoter. Results： The indices of HRV were significant improved in the treatment group after the 30-day treatment compared with those before the treatment （ P 〈 0.01 or 0.05 ）. The autonomic neurological symptom was notably improved, which showed significant difference compared with that of the con- trol group （P 〈 0.01 or 0.05）. Conclusion： Danshen can improve HRV in patients with T2DM, which is an effective treatment for cardiac autonomic： neuropathy.
