血清肌红蛋白检验在急性心肌梗死患者中的临床意义分析

目的:分析血清肌红蛋白(Myo)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的临床意义。方法:选择急性心肌梗死患者46例作为治疗组,同期进行体检的健康人员46例作为对照组,对两组受检人员Myo、cTnI及hs-CRP的血清水平进行比较。结果:治疗组患者中的Myo、cTnI及hs-CRP较之于对照组,浓度比较高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用Myo、cTnI与hs-CRP三个指标联合检测检测急性心肌梗死时,可互补各自优势,对于早期急性心肌梗死的检测有重要的意义,值得推广。

The clinical significance of serum Myoglobin Monitoring in the patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the combination of troponin I（cTnI）,myoglobin（Myo）,and high sensitivity c-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in the diagnosis of myocardial infaretion（AMl）.Methods A total of 46 patients with acute myocardial infaretion admitted to the hospital were chosen as treatment group and 46 cases of healthy staff who underwent earlier physical examination in the hospital were chosen as control group.cTnl.Myo, and hs-CRP serum lev-els of the subjects inthe two groups were compared and analysed.Results Myo.hs-CRP and indicators of cTnl concentration of the treatment group were higher than those of the control.and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of the three indicators with myo.eTnI and hs-CRP can complement each other in their respective andvantages and mayachieve the desired value in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.which is worth the clinical promotion and application.
