100批中药材中二氧化硫残留量的考察

目的：探索中药材中二氧化硫残留量的检测方法,分析市场上在售中药材中二氧化硫残留量的现状,为其残留的控制提供资料.方法：取100批中药材,在密闭容器中对样品进行酸化并加热蒸馏,以释放出其中的二氧化硫,释放物用乙酸铅溶液吸收,以碘滴定液滴定,根据所消耗的碘滴定液量计算出样品中的二氧化硫含量.结果：100批中药材样品中,二氧化硫残留量小于30 mg· kg^-1的有44批,在30～150 mg· kg^-1的有22批,在150～400 mg· kg^-1的有29批,19批样品二氧化硫残留量超过了400 mg· kg^-1.结论：此方法简便准确,可用于中药材中二氧化硫的残留量快速测定;当前市场上中药材二氧化硫残留的问题十分严重,亟需加强对硫磺熏蒸中药材的规范监管.

Determination and Research of Sulfur Dioxide in 100 Batches of Chinese Herbal Medicine

Objective： To study a suitable method for the determination of sulfur dioxide in Chinese herbal medicine, analysis the situation of sulfur dioxide in Chinese .herbal medicine on the markets, which may reply the information of sulfur dioxide in Chinese herb- al medicine on market. Methods： Sample is marketed in closed container with acidizing treatment, so that sulfur dioxide is released from it. The Emissions is absorbed by lead acetate solution, Absorption liquid is titrate by Iodine titration solution. According to the consumption of titration solution , the residue of sulfur dioxide in Chinese medical herbs is calculated. Results： In 100 batches of Chi- nese herbal medicines, the amount of samples that the residue of sulfur dioxide is less than 30 mg· kg^-1 are 44 batches, it is 22 bat- ches which are 30-150 nag· kg^-1 , it is 29 batches which are 150 -400 mg · kg^-1 , it is 19 batches samples that the residue of sulfur dioxide is more than 400 mg· kg^-1. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate, can quickly determinate sulfur dioxide residues in Chinese herbal medicine. The problem of sulfur dioxide residues in Chinese herbal medicine is very serious, It is very necessary to tighten up the management and supervise about fumigating Chinese herbal medicine with sulfur.
