| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步提高对POEMS综合征的诊断水平,避免误诊和漏诊.方法：对本院收治的4例POEMS综合征患者进行误诊分析.结果：4例中1例误诊为格林巴利综合征,1例误诊为系统性硬皮病,1例误诊为肾上腺皮质功能减退,1例误诊为癌性神经病.结论：本组临床特征与文献报道基本一致,但容易被误诊和漏诊.治疗上可给予糖皮质激素、硫唑嘌呤、环磷酰胺、丙种球蛋白等,疗效因人而异.

| Abstract: | Objective:To raise the awareness of clinical manifestations of POEMS syndrome, avoid misdiagnoses. Methods: The causes of misdiagnoses in 4 cases of POEMS syndrome were analyzed. Results: In these 4 eases, POEMS syndrome had been misdiagnosed as Guillain-Barre syndrome, systemic selerosis, Addison's Disease and neuropathy due to cancer. Conclusion: The clinical manifestations in this study were consistent with those reported. But POEMS syndrome appears to be readily under-diagnosed or misdiagnosed. Treatment with immunosuppressants was effective. |
