雷达兵细胞粘附分子的变化及其红细胞免疫功能所受影响

摘    要:目的研究雷达兵细胞粘附分子的变化及对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法可溶性血管细胞粘附细胞分子1(sVCAM-1)、IL-6测定取外周静脉血,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测。采用PCR-HindⅢ酶切技术和酵母菌多糖花环试验对雷达兵进行红细胞CR1基因组密度多态性分布和红细胞免疫功能检测。结果雷达兵sVCAN-1(1576.8±42.76)ng/ml较对照组(714.85±276.54)ng/ml明显增高,雷达兵IL-6 (129.58±74.58)pg//ml较对照组(54.61±32.41)pg/ml明显增高,两者差异显著;雷达兵红细胞CR1基因组密度多态性分布HH型占58.06%,HL型占32.26%,LL型占9.68%,雷达兵红细胞免疫功能低下。结论由于雷达兵在特殊环境下工作,sVCAM-1、IL-6细胞因子发生明显变化,其红细胞膜相CR1基因组密度多态性分布较对照组也有明显差异,这可能是红细胞的免疫功能降低的一个重要原因。

Abstract:Objective To study the polymorphism distribution characteristics of RBC CR1 gene density and their relativity with RBC immunity of radar soldiers.Methods PCR -HindⅢenzyme cut -off technology and Yeast polysaccharide rosette test were adopted to examine the polymorphism distribution of RBC CR1 gene density and the immune function of RBC in the radar soldiers.Results There was dramatic increase of sVCAM-1 (1576.8±42.76ng/ml)and IL-6(129.58±74.58Pg/ml)in the radar soldiers vs (714.85±276.54ng/ml)(P<0.001) and IL-6 (54.61±32.41pg/ml)(P<0.001) in contrast. The distributions of RBC CR1 gene density in different types of HH,HL and LL were 58.06% ,32.26% and 9.68% in the radar soldiers, the immune function of RBC was lower.Conclusion The soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1 )and interleukin-6 (IL-6) play an important role on the disease in the radar soldiers. There is a dramatic difference of the polymorphism distribution of RBC CR1 gene density between radar soldiers who worked in special environment and contrast,which has a significant relativity with the immune function of RBC.
