摘 要: | 目的:探讨海军卫生技术干部综合素质评价的有效方法,客观评价海军卫生技术干部的综合素质。方法:采用专家咨询法和层次分析法的海军卫生技术干部素质综合评价指标体系,对海军卫生技术干部的综合素质进行实测评价。结果:被调查的卫生技术干部全部合格,优良率合计达70.3%,实际测评结果与上级有关部门掌握的情况基本相符。结论:海军卫生技术干部素质综合评价指标体系是一科学性、实用性较好的指标体系,但仍需不断完善和发展。

Constructing Index System of Diathesis of Health Carders of Nary |

Abstract: | Objective: To find out good way to evaluate comprehensive quality of health carders of navy objectively. Methods: Set up index system by Delphi method and AHP method, and then evaluate comprehensive quality of health carders of navy by this index system. Results: All carders is qualified in this evaluation, and 70.3% of all are excellent, and the result is in accordance with the situation known by administrators. Conclusion: Though the index system evaluating comprehensive quality of health carders of navy is scientific and practical, it needs further improvement. |
