摘    要:目的本研究利用人体膝关节的CT/MRI二维断层扫描图片数据创建三维模型,并将重建的三维模型以IGES文件输出,可做人体结构的有限元分析等。方法使用逆向工程理论,Mimics逆向工程软件。结果研究人员可以根据特定人膝关节的CT/MRI影像的二维成像数据,通过Mimics逆向工程软件设计并创建三维膝关节模型。结论为膝关节模型数据库的建立提供了方法,给膝关节疾病的治疗,膝关节置换手术,膝关节假体设计提供临床上的精确数据,对假体、植入体的设计意义重大。

Abstract:Objective To establish a three-dimensional model by utilizing CT/MRI two-dimensional fault of human knee joint and output the rebuilt three-dimensional model in the form of IGES file which can be used in the finite element analysis of human body structures. Methods In this study,the theory of reverse engineering and the Mimics software for reverse engineering were used. Results A three-dimensional human knee joint model was established by using Mimics software,on the basis of two-dimensional data of CT/MRI images of human knee joints. Conclusion The three-dimensional model established in this study offers a new approach to establishing database for human knee joint model and provides accurate clinical data for the treatment of knee joint diseases,knee joint replacement,and knee joint prosthesis.
