鼻内窥镜下微波治疗鼻后部出血

目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下微波治疗鼻后部出血的可行性与疗效。方法：鼻内窥镜直视下行微波凝烫封闭出血点治疗鼻后部出血32例。结果：28例1次止血成功，4例高血压严重鼻出血患者再次出血，血压控制后再次行微波治疗后止血成功。结论：应用鼻内窥镜下微波凝烫止血可有效地控制鼻后部难治性出血，且内窥镜下视野清晰，凝烫操作简便，治疗范围明确，适用于难以填塞的中鼻道和下鼻道后部止血。

Microwave treatment of rear rhinorrhagia under nasal endoscopy

Objective: To explore the feasibility and effect of microwave therapy on rear rhinorrhagia under nasal endoscopy. Methods: 32 cases of rear rhinorrhagia patients were treated with microwave therapy under nasal endoscopy. Results: 28 cases succeeded in hemostasis on first treatment, 4 hypertension patients with severe rhinorrhagia recurred, but also gained success on second treatment after hypertension was controlled. Conclusion: Microwave therapy under nasal endoscopy is of good effect on the control and cure of rear rhinorrhagia. In addition, it has the following advantages: clear field of vision under nasal endoscopy; easy operation; definite medical application; good therapeutic effect on hemostasis in middle and inferior nasal meatus.
