摘    要:目的]探讨有氧运动对子宫癌术后化疗病人癌因性疲乏的影响。方法]将68例出现癌因性疲乏的子宫癌化疗病人随机分为两组,对照组(34例)接受医院常规护理,治疗组(34例)在接受医院常规护理的基础上给予8周的居家有氧运动干预。使用修订的Piper疲乏量表(RPFS)评价干预效果。结果]8周干预结束后,治疗组RPFS得分明显低于对照组。治疗组RPFS得分与干预前比较差异无统计学意义,对照组RPFS得分较8周前明显升高。结论]居家有氧运动可延缓子宫癌化疗导致的癌因性疲乏加重。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of home aerobic exercises on cancerous fatigue of uterine cancer patients accepting chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 68 uterine cancer patients with cancerous fatigue during accepting chemotherapy were divided into two group 34 cases each. Patients in control group were given nursing care in hospital as routinely. Patients of test group have accepted home aerobic exercises intervention for 8 weeks in hospital besides the routine nursing care. The intervention effects of patients were evaluated by adopting revised Piper fatigue scale (RPFS). Results: After 8 - week' s intervention, the RPFS score of test group patients was lower than that of the control group cases. Comparing with patients before intervention,in terms of RPFS score, there was no statistical significant difference. However,the RPFS score of control group cases was obviously higher than that of 8 weeks ago. Conclusion: Home aerobic exercises could delay cancerous fatigue for uterine tumor patients induced by chemotherapy.
