| Abstract: | This article introduced efforts in child protection in America, the prevention system of child abuse, child protective system, emergence and function of Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act and so on, attempting to make the readers learn the child protection law in America and background of emergence of the law. The article also introduced the role of school health education in child abuse prevention and child protection service system in detail. It is hoped that this article can provide some enlightenments for establishing the child protection system in China. |
