| Abstract: | In this article, we analysed the factors that affected the psychological health of nurses in operating-room and provided corresponding methods in order to make nurses in operating-room to maintain good mentality and succeed in their causes, for instance, building up correct philosophy, studing of psycology, training of managing to frustration, improving ability to work and appropriately releasing of their passive mood. |
