| 摘 要： | 目的：评价替硝唑缓释药膜对成人牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：应用刚果红染色记数、全自动生化酶分析等方法，检测替硝唑（TNZ）、甲硝唑（MNZ）及空白缓释药膜局部用药前后各项临床指标、细菌学指标及生化指标的变化，对比评价它们对成人牙周炎的治疗作用。结果：TNZ、MNZ和空白缓释药膜三者之间两两比较其用药前后各项指标的改变，均具有显著性差异。结论：替硝唑和甲硝唑缓释药膜局部应用均具有良好的临床疗效，而替硝唑缓释药膜能更有效地控制牙周组织炎症，改善牙周炎临床症状，具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objeract:To evaluate the effects of controlled release tinidazole(TNZ) membrane in the treatment of adult periodontitis. Methods:Adult periodontitis was treated with TNZ membrane in 15 cases (25 teeth),with Metronidazole(MNZ) in 15 cases (24 teeth) and with vehicle membrane in 15 cases (25 teeth).The effects were evaluated by clinical observation,biochemical examination and becteria test. Results: TNZ membrane more significantly inhibited bacteria (P<0.05),ALP(P<0.01) and AST (P<0.01) in gingival crevicular fluid and decreased GI,BI and GCF than MNZ and the vehicle membrane. Conclusions: Controlled release TNZ membrane is more effective in the management of adult periodontitis than MNZ. |
