| 摘 要： | 本文报告心肌灌注断层显像(SPECT)231例,并与ECG结果作了对比分析。结果表明:心肌SPECT对缺血性心脏病的阳性检出率明显高于ECG(P<0.05)ECG与SPECT阳性结果的吻合率仅为72.1％,而ECG无缺血(IS)和梗塞(MI)的患者中,40.8％SPECT有阳性发现。SPECT的定位诊断率明显优于ECG(P<0.01),尤其对心尖、侧壁和后壁基底段更显示出SPECT的优势。因此作者认为,SPECT作为一种具有较高灵敏度而又无创伤的检测手段,应作为缺血性心脏病的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the results of 231 cases of SPECT myocardial perfusion tomographic imaging with (99)mTc-MIBI and compared them with that of ECG. Results show that the positive rate for ischemic car-diomyopathy in SPECT was significantly higher than that in ECG (p<0. 05). The coincidental rate of positive results in SPECT and ECG was 72. 1% only. Patiens who were not ischemic or infact in ECG were 40. 8% positive in SPECT. The locating diagnostic rate of SPECT was obviosly higher than that of ECG (p <0. 01) ,especially in apex,lateral wall and basal segment of posterior wall,which further demonstrated the superiority of SPECT. Authours consider that as SPECT is high sensitive and nontraumatic so it is ought to be used as the method of first choice to examinte ischemic cardiomyopathy. |
