建立动态信息监管系统以缩短检测结果回报时间

目的建立检验路径信息监管机制，加强标本管理，缩短检测结果的回报时间（TAT）。方法建立TAT信息采集及流程监管系统，与医院信息系统（HIS）、实验室信息系统（LIS）连接，设立流程监控点，并按规则进行信息校验。对超时未进入下一环节的标本，系统自动提示相应工作站进行及时处理。结果TAT信息监管系统对检验标本进行全程动态监管，可有效解决检验结果回报延迟、标本遗失等问题。结论检验全程的信息化动态监管是缩短TAT的有力措施，能够提高实验室服务效率。

Setting up dynamic state information supervising system reducing the TAT

Objective To set up the information-based supervising system to improve specimen management and reduce the TAT. Methods TAT system programs were developed and inserted into both interlayers of the laboratory information system （LIS） and hospital information system （HIS） . Specimen information was collected and checked at all monitoring sites of the whole testing process. If any sample were not flow to next monitoring link in time, then warning message with the sample information would be sent to corresponding work station in order to handling promptly. Results Specimen missing or TAT de- lay were solved effectively through specimen be supervised at all phases of the total testing process by TAT system. Conclusion TAT supervising system can effectively reduce the TAT, thus significantly improved efficiency of laboratory services.
