| 摘 要： | 手足口病目前缺乏特效治疗,有关糖皮质激素在重症病例中的应用存在较大争议,其用药时机、剂量、疗程等尚无统一标准,激素使用的适应证及有效性还缺乏循证医学的证据.本文就目前国内外糖皮质激素在手足口病中的应用现状作一综述.

| Abstract: | No established antiviral treatment is available for hand-foot-mouth disease recently.Glucocorticoid treatment for severe hand-foot-mouth disease is controversial.Questions about the indication,dosage and course of treatment are still being explored.The indication and efficacy of glucocorticoid are lacked of support of evidence-based medicine. |
