| 摘 要： | 建立蒙成药当归－4味散含量测定方法。采用液相色谱法测定血竭素高氯酸盐的含量。血竭素高氯酸盐的线性范围为0．05275～0．6494μg，相关系数r＝0．9999，平均加样回收率为96．82％，RSD=1．2％，该方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点．可用于本品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | A HPLC medicine was estabtished for Content detemlination of in Dracohodin perochlorate a prepared Mongolia traditional medicine Danggui-4,The Linear range was within 0. 05275 -0. 64940μg, with correlation eocefficient of 0.9999. The average recovery rate was 96.82 % and RSD was 1 . 2%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate ,it could be used in the quality control of Danggui-4. |
