| 摘 要： | 目的 评价40岁以下冠心病患者接受经皮冠状动脉腔内介入治疗的近期和远期疗效。方法将 20例冠心病患者(≤40岁)行经皮冠状动脉腔内介入治疗。结果 20例患者25处病变行介入治疗，手术成功率达100％。无一例发生严重并发症。临床随访半年所有患者胸痛症状缓解。结论 冠状动脉介入治疗对青年冠心病患者有良好的近期和远期疗效，安全性高，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of PCI in patients younger than 40 years of age.Methods Patients aged 40 years or less who underwent PCI were recruited clinical and followed up data were reviewed.Results A total of 20 patients underwent such procedures.Successful PCI were performed in 20 patients(100%).25 lesions were treated,no one serious complication was occurred.During 6 month follow up,chest pain was not recurrent in all patients.Conclusion Coronary intervension has a high immediate success rate and good long term result when performed in young patients who can be treated safely and effectively with PCI. |
