西酞普兰治疗糖尿病伴发抑郁障碍32例临床研究

目的　观察西酞普兰治疗糖尿病伴发抑郁障碍患者的疗效及对血糖的影响。方法　对 32例糖尿病伴发抑郁障碍患者在应用降糖药种类与剂量不变的情况下口服西酞普兰 2 0mg·1次·d-1,疗程 8w。采用汉米顿抑郁量表、汉米顿焦虑量表及副反应量表于治疗前和治疗 2、4、6、8w末各评定 1次 ,并定期测定空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白。对所有数据采用SPSS10 .0软件包进行统计和t检验。结果　经 8w治疗 ,患者的抑郁、焦虑症状显著改善 (P <0 .0 0 1)。治疗前后空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白变化有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论　西酞普兰对缓解糖尿病患者伴发的抑郁症状疗效显著 ,并有协同降低血糖的效果。

Clinical studies of citalopram in the treatment of diabetes accompanying depression

Objective To study the curative effects of citalopram in the treatment of diabetes with depression and its influence on blood glucose.Methods 32 patients keeping kinds of hypoglycemic agents and doses mixed were treated with citalopram 20mg/d, Qd for 8 weeks. Assessments were conducted before treatment and at the ends of 2nd ,4th ,6th and 8th weeks of treatment, and fasting b1ood glucose and glycosylation hemoglobin regularly measured. All data were statisticalized and analyzed using SPSS10.0 and t-test. Results After 8 week treatment, there was significant improvement in depressive and anxious symptoms(P<0.001). Fasting blood glucose and glycosylation hemoglobin had significant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion Citalopram has significant effectiveness in the treatment of diabetes accompanying depression and cooperative effects of reducing blood glucose.
