| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨细胞因子在单、双相抑郁障碍发病中的作用。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELSIA)检测 35例单相抑郁、2 3例双相抑郁和 30名健康对照的血清IL 2、sIL 2R、IL 10、IL 12水平。结果 单相组血清IL 2明显低于对照组和双相组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血清IL 2水平降低与抑郁症的病程和严重程度无相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 单相抑郁和双相抑郁间可能存在着不同的免疫学机制 ,在单相抑郁中存在免疫激活现象 ,IL 2可能起一定的作用

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effects of serum cytokine levels on the etiology of unipolar and bipolar depressive disorders. Methods: ELSIA was used to determine the serum levels of interleukin 2(IL 2), soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R), interleukin 10(IL 10) and interleukin 12(IL 12) in 35 patients with unipolar depression, 23 patients with bipolar depression and 30 controls. Results: The levels of serum IL 2 in unipolar depression group were lower than those in the control and the bipolar groups ( P <0.05). IL 2 level had no relations with the severity of depression ( P> 0.05). Conclusion: Unipolar and biopolar depressive disorders may have different immunological mechanisms. Unipolar depression is related to immunological activation and IL 2 may play a role in it. |
