| 摘 要： | 自1972年发现“二松”水系己被甲基汞污染事实后,从“二松”水系中捕捞的各种江鱼含汞量己有相当危险水平。在人体中己有甲基汞的蓄积,至于微量汞的污染问题报道较少。我室于1978年以汞污染的江鱼对猫进行慢性毒理实验研究,实验证实,猫的小脑己出现慢性“水俣病”——甲基汞中毒的病理改变。

| Abstract: | Since the second Song-hua River has been found to be polluted by methyl-mercury compounds in 1972, the authors have been trying to find out the degree of seriousness to the fishermen and to explore the dose-effect relationship. From the beginning of 1978, the authors began to make a toxicological experiment on cats fed on methylmercury polluted river fish. Pathological changes in cerebella were found in these cats following chronic poisoning of methylmercury compounds or chronic Minamata disease. |
