摘    要:目的:初步分析中老年人群对14种食物不耐受情况。方法:酶联免疫方法(ELISA)检测中老年人血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体浓度。结果:总的食物不耐受率为76.0%,由高到低分别为:螃蟹40.8%,鸡蛋39.4%,虾29.2%,牛奶18.2%,鳕鱼8.6%,大豆4.6%,玉米4.3%,西红柿2.9%,大米2.4%,牛肉1.5%,蘑菇1.5%,鸡肉1.4%,小麦1.2%,猪肉0.2%。总体阳性率男性为79.9%,女性为74.2%,另外,玉米和虾2种食物阳性率男性高于女性(P<0.05)。中老年人对其中13种食物的不耐受强度存在统计学差异(P<0.01),均以轻度不耐受为主,随着年龄的增长对牛奶、玉米的不耐受增加(P<0.05)。结论:中老年人群普遍存在食物不耐受,男性高于女性。以螃蟹、鸡蛋、虾、牛奶等动物性食物不耐受为主,轻度不耐受比例高。
