呼出气一氧化氮对咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断价值

目的:评估呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)检测在咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)诊断中的价值。方法:2010年7月至2010年9月因慢性咳嗽就诊的患者共103例。对所有纳入研究的患者分别行FeNO检测和支气管舒张试验。依据病史及FeNO检查结果作出慢性咳嗽病因的初始诊断,在3个月的随访期后作出最终诊断。结果:完成随访的98例患者中的86例依据FeNO明确诊断,FeNO诊断CVA的特异度为90.6%,阳性预测值为88.1%,其灵敏度为84.4%,高于支气管舒张试验(57.8%)。结论:FeNO在CVA诊断中具有重要价值。低与高的FeNO值在CVA诊断中均具有临床意义。在CVA的诊断中,FeNO比支气管舒张试验的灵敏度更高。

The diagnostic value of fractional exhaled nitric oxide test in patients with cough variant asthma
