| 摘 要： | 对我国卫生人力资源状况与国外进行了比较分析,对我国医生需求进行了分析与预测,分析了高等医学院校毕业生人数增长的趋势和对需求的满足程度。指出我国高等医学院校应在保持现有数量基础上,有计划地平稳发展。

| Abstract: | The article makes a comparative analysis on the conditions of medical human resources between China and foreign countries, assesses health service needs and the level of satisfaction at the increase in medical graduates' quantity, and concludes that China's medical colleges and universities should carry out a planned and stable developmental program on the basis of maintaining the existing quantity at present. |
