Ets-1和VEGF在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和E26转录因子(Ets-1)的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法对48例膀胱移行细胞癌以及正常膀胱组织中的VEGF和Ets-1进行检测。结果:Ets-1的阳性率在Ta~1和T2~4分别为32.1%和65.5%(P<0.05);Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级的表达率分别为31.3%和66.7%(P<0.05);在初发肿瘤和复发肿瘤中的表达分别为33.3%和66.7%(P<0.05)。VEGF的阳性表达率在Ta~1和T2~4分别为28.6%和85.0%(P<0.01);Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级的表达率分别为25.0%和77.8%(P<0.01);在初发肿瘤和复发肿瘤中的表达分别为36.7%和77.7%(P<0.01)。结论:Ets-1和VEGF可以作为了解膀胱移性细胞癌生物学行为的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ets-1 and VEGF and the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods:The expression of Ets-1 and VEGF in 48 case of bladder cancer were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expression rate of Ets-1 in different group were as follows: Ta-1 (32.1)%, T2-4 (65.5)% (P<(0.05)); (31.3)%, (66.7)%(P<(0.05)); primary cancer (33.3)%, recurrent cancer (66.7)%(P<(0.05)); The positive expression rate of VEGF in different group were as follows: T_(a-1)28.6%, T_(2-4) (85.0)% (P<(0.01)); (25.0)%, (77.8)% (P<(0.01)); primary cancer (36.7)%, recurrent cancer (77.7)%(P<(0.01)).Conclusions:The expression of VEGF and Ets-1 may be one of parameters for understanding the biological behavior of bladder transitional bladder cancinoma.
