| 摘 要： | 目的观察气道高反应性咳嗽患者中药治疗前后上呼吸道红外线热像图的变化,评价红外线图像在中医疗效分析中的应用。方法将患者54例随机分为两组,治疗组给予补肺肾清热饮口服,对照组给予茶碱缓释胶囊口服。分别在治疗前、治疗1个月后观察患者症状的改善程度,并对患者治疗前后的红外线热像图进行分析比较。结果治疗1个月后治疗组患者症状的改善情况优于对照组;治疗组红外线图像的变化幅度大于对照组。结论中药治疗气道高反应性咳嗽临床有效。上呼吸道红外线图像可以客观评估呼吸道黏膜炎症的部位、范围及程度,临床上可以尝试将其作为中药疗效评价的方法。
