| 摘 要： | 采用原位特异性ＤＮＡ片断标记法（ＴＵＮＥＬ）对１２例基底细胞癌进行了研究，结果发现肿瘤细胞团块中心部位有许多不同大小的圆形或卵圆形凋亡细胞。提示细胞圆形或卵圆形凋亡细胞。提示细胞凋亡与ＢＣＣ的生长缓慢及极少转移的临床特点有关，并且可能在ＢＣＣ的自然消退中发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | We used an in situ method of terminal deoxytransferase (TdT )-mediated dUTP-biotin nick and labeling staining(TUNEL) to identify programmed cell death in 12 cases of hasal cell carcinoma(BCC). The results showed that there were many round or ovale shaped apoptotic cells with different sizes in the center of the tumor masses. It suggests that apoptosis may play an important role in the slow groWth, rare metastasis and spontaneous regression of BCC. |
