| 摘 要： | 目的分析陇川县狂犬病流行态势,为控制疫情提供科学依据。方法流行病学个案调查,监测资料和疫情资料分析。结果 2010年判定狂犬病疫情4起,境外输入狂犬病1例,疫情分布于县城周围7km范围内。结论犬类疫苗接种率逐年降低是狂犬病疫情回升的主要因素,应采取针对性措施,遏制疫情回升趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze rabies epidemic trend of Longchuan County,and provide scientific basis for disease control.Method Using epidemiological case investigation,and analyzing monitor data and epidemic data.Results 4 cases of rabies were outbreak in 2010,one was input,and the epidemic situation distributed in 10 km around county.Conclusions The main factors of rabies epidemic situation increased were vaccination rate reduced,we needed to adopt pointed measures to contain rabies rise again. |
