东莞市厚街镇餐饮单位餐具消毒情况分析

目的了解东莞市厚街镇餐饮单位餐具消毒状况,分析不同规模、种类餐饮单位餐具消毒效果。方法采用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法,抽取2009年1-9月份厚街镇餐饮单位消毒后备用餐具进行检测。结果较大型餐饮单位的餐具检测合格率为95.2%;普通餐饮单位的餐具检测合格率为16.3%;学校幼儿园饭堂的餐具检测合格率为40.9%;工厂集体饭堂的餐具检测合格率为30%。结论餐具消毒总体合格率较低,应加大执法力度,餐饮监管部门应加强指导,提高餐具消毒效果,尤其要督促搞好学校、工厂集体食堂餐具消毒工作;对中小型的餐饮单位推行公共餐具集中消毒。

Analysis on the tableware disinfection situation in catering units of houjie town dongguan city
